What is your return policy?

This is a frequently asked question!

And I will write a nice clear answer here in sha Allah.

Bee Hijab Heela You may indicate that you wish to return a return within the legal period of 14 days.

You can do this by sending an Email to Info@HijabHeela.nl Or by sending an app via WhatsApp .

After that, you can easily get into the Return portal Create a label.

How does the returns portal work?

1. Click on the button here to go to the return page!

2. Enter your zip code and order number.

3. Complete the questionnaire.

4. 4. You will receive a label in your email which you can print out and stick on your package.

5. Deliver your package to the nearest PostNL location .

Are there any costs associated with this?

And. We charge €5.50 for a return shipment, which will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

Unfortunately, we are not (yet) a large webshop that can write all returns back together with the margins and other turnover, which is why these costs are charged.

If the package is returned, when will I get my money back?

We will usually refund your purchase amount at the beginning of the weekend!

We legally have 14 days to do this, but we always try to do it well within the time.
